Ronald M. Bilow, MD

Dr. Ronald (Ron) Bilow completed his emergency radiology fellowship at UT-Houston Medical School in 2002, where he serves as Associate Professor of Radiology. He has been active in various committees and leadership roles in ASER since 2003. Dr. Bilow serves the UTHealth McGovern Medical School on several committees, including admissions, curriculum, and student evaluations and promotions. He is Director of MCI (mass casualty incident) Planning for the Department of Diagnostic and Interventional Imaging.

He is active in pre-medical and medical student and resident education and mentoring through the University of Texas, and he also teaches in the Department of Emergency Medicine. His main clinical interest is in trauma, and he is a strong advocate of providing hands-on services to his clinical colleagues in emergency medicine, trauma surgery, and other various medical and surgical subspecialties.
